One adult per child
Each child should be accompanied by only one caregiver to ensure a manageable group size and a pleasant experience for everyone.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time so we can start the session smoothly. Late arrivals can disrupt the group and make it harder for your child to join in.
Supervision
Parents are responsible for supervising their own children at all times. Please stay close to your child and actively participate with them during the session.

Caregiver Responsibilities
By enrolling in the Playgroup, you agree to:
✅ Supervise and actively participate with your child during sessions.
✅ Respect the facilitator, materials, and environment.
✅ Notify us of any allergies or medical conditions that may require special attention.
Health & Safety Policy
If you or your child exhibit symptoms of illness (e.g., fever, cough, vomiting), please refrain from attending.
Medical Emergencies: If an injury occurs, we will contact 911. Parents assume full financial responsibility for medical care.
Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability
When joining our Playgroup, you're becoming part of our Montessori family, which means looking out for each other. While we take every precaution to create a safe learning environment, children naturally explore and learn through physical activity. By participating, you acknowledge that normal childhood activities carry inherent risks like minor falls or allergic reactions. You agree to release Bay Area Montessori Playgroup, our team members, and venue partners from liability for typical playgroup-related incidents
Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
💳 Payment is due at the time of registration. No refunds will be provided except in cases of the organizer canceling the playgroup.
📆 Missed Sessions: We encourage attending all six sessions for the complete Montessori experience. If you miss a session due to illness or emergency, you'll receive a credit valid for any future playgroup or workshop.
